Penjelasan

  • Reporting verbs yang umum: say, believe, think, know, report, expect, consider, estimate, claim, allege.
  • It is + V3 + that: It is estimated that 60% of students use AI tools.
  • Subjek + is + V3 + to + verb 1 untuk keadaan yang sama waktunya: She is thought to be the best candidate.
  • Subjek + is + V3 + to have + V3 jika kejadiannya lebih dulu: The painting is believed to have been stolen in 1990.
  • Subjek + is + V3 + to be + -ing untuk yang sedang berlangsung: The company is reported to be planning layoffs.
  • Struktur ini membantu tulisan terdengar objektif dan hati-hati (hedging), sangat cocok untuk IELTS Writing Task 2.
